Reports: WWE #1 Choice To Win Money In The Bank 2023 Revealed, Triple H To Introduce New WWE World Championship Belt

LA Knight Reportedly #1 Choice To Win Money In The Bank 2023

WWE is all set for its biggest show of the year WrestleMania 39 and fans are hyped for it. However, WWE have already begun discussions internally about major post-WrestleMania plans, including the possible winner of the Money in the Bank 2023.

Money in the Bank is one of the most interesting concepts where the wrestler holding the MITB briefcase gets a guaranteed title shot at the world championship at any time and place of his choosing. Last year, Austin Theory won the Money In The Bank briefcase but failed to cash-in on the United States Championship.

According to the latest report by Xero News, WWE Friday Night SmackDown star LA Knight is WWE’s current #1 choice internally to become Mr. Money in the Bank 2023. The belief backstage is that LA Knight is the perfect choice for this due to his mic skills. This report further noted that this year’s plan for the MITB winner is to have a successful cash-in.

“LA Knight is still the #1 choice internally for MITB this year. WWE feel his mic skills fits what the briefcase needs and he is a perfect choice for it. WWE are planning a successful cash in this year,” reported Xero News.

Triple H Reportedly To Introduce New WWE World Championship Belt

According to the WrestleVotes reports via Give Me Sport, The Game Triple H has approved a new world championship belt for the company. The report doesn’t state any name for the new title, but the belt is ready approved new belt which to be introduced sooner rather than later.

“There’s a new belt. I don’t know for sure if it’s getting a new name. I don’t know if one of the titles is going away, but there’s a new belt that WWE has had made and the decision-makers have approved. Like, if they wanted to introduce it on TV tomorrow, they could. Those boxes are checked.” [H/T – Give Me Sport]
