WWE Royal Rumble 2003 Full Results

The 2003’s Royal Rumble was the 16th annual Royal Rumble event and it took on January 19th, 2003 at the Fleet Center in Boston. It was the first Royal Rumble pay-per-view under WWE name and both Raw & Smackdown Superstars participated on the event. Total seven matches took place at the show including one pre-show match.
The main of the show is 30-man annual Royal Rumble match and winner of that match would get World Title opportunity of their respective brands at WrestleMania 19. One of main title matches are, Triple H to defend his World Heavyweight Title against Scott Steiner and Kurt Angle to defend his WWE Title aganist Chris Jericho.
Other matches are, Lane Strom and William Regal set to defend their World Tag Team Titles against The Dudley Boyz, Torrie Wilson to face Dawn Marie Wilson and Brock Lesnar to face The Big Show for Royal Rumble entry qualifying match.

• Spike Dudley defeated Steven Richards (with Victoria) in Singles Match (Happened on Pre-show)
 
• Brock Lesnar defeated Big Show (with Paul Heyman) and qualified for Royal Rumble Match
WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
• The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley) defeated Lance Storm and William Regal (c) in Tag Team Match
• Torrie Wilson defeated Dawn Marie Wilson in Singles Match
WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
• Scott Steiner defeated Triple H (c) (with Ric Flair) by disqualification but Triple H retained his title
WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
• Kurt Angle (c) defeated Chris Benoit by submission in Singles Match
30-MAN ROYAL RUMBLE MATCH
• Brock Lesnar won the 30-man annual Royal Rumble Match by last eliminating The Undertaker and earned World Championship match at WrestleMania 19
