Bray Wyatt’s WWE return plan

At WrestleMania 36, Braun Strowman won the Universal Championship by defeating the Iconic Goldberg but after that he didn’t have proper booking from WWE. Everyone in WWE universe expecting a big opponent and proper storyline for Braun Strowman.
The Fiend Bray Wyatt lost to Braun Strowman at Money in the Bank PPV after that we didn’t see The Fiend. WWE teased the Bray Wyatt but Braun Strowman next opponent is The Miz and John Morrison for BackLash in a handicap match. Ringside News exclusively reported that Wyatt’s Fiend vs Strowman will happen, but not right away.

Ringside News also reported that WWE’s plan to run the Fiend vs Braun Strowman match prior to SummerSlam.

Since Monster vs Fiend seems like a pay-per-view match-up, Extreme Rules is the only option between Backlash and the biggest party of the summer.

Details for Extreme Rules have yet to be confirmed by WWE. The event was previously set to take place on July 19th at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The event might still be July 19th, but San Jose won’t be hosting it.

Extreme Rules the likely PPV that Braun Strowman vs Bray Wyatt match can takes place. It is not clear that what WWE plan for both at Summer Slam, but WWE want to happen this match before the Summer Slam. Extreme Rules is best for both the Superstars to go to extreme and show the how brutal The Fiend was and how strong the Strowman going to be.

Bray Wyatt has been absent from television in recent weeks. JoJo Offerman also gave birth to the couple’s second child. Wyatt will be back to tormenting his opponents as The Fiend soon enough.
