At WWE Backlash 2023, Bad Bunny faced Judgement Day’s Damian Priest in San Juan Street Fight and got the huge victory. During the match, we also saw the return of former WWE Intercontinental Champion Carlito to help Bad Bunny. Following his return, fans speculating that Carlito would stick with the company for another run.
According to the Fightful Select reports, Carlito’s appearance at WWE Backlash 2023 was a one-off with the company. It was also noted that this could always change, however his return was planned as a one-time appearance.
Few days before WWE Backlash, Carlito noted in an interview that he’s open to ‘a good offer from anywhere‘. He is still active on the independent scene, with the popular star most recently wrestling for MAW in late-April.
