Another Betrayal Set To Happen In Sami Zayn And The Bloodline Storyline
The Bloodline and Sami Zayn WWE storyline reached its peak in the aftermath of the main event match at the Royal Rumble. The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns got The huge victory over Kevin Owens once again at Royal Rumble. After the match, Sami Zayn made the ultimate choice to betray Roman Reigns by attacking him with steel chair. Following that Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa brutally attacked Sami Zayn.
However, one member of the Bloodline who refused to join in on beating down Sami Zayn was Jey Uso, as he chose to back down and leave the ring. This could set the stage for Jey’s loyalty toward his family being called into question.
According to the Xero News reports, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Jey Uso could finally choose to side with The Bloodline and betray Sami Zayn at the WWE Elimination Chamber 2022.
Update About Former Tag Team Champions WWE Contract Status
“The Game” Triple H has brought several released talents back and presented them in a new light to the WWE Universe. Some of the superstars that have returned have caught on with the fans, while others have not.
One tag team that Triple H brought back to the WWE was former Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson after they were released in 2020. They reunited with AJ Styles in The O.C. and recruited Michin (Mia Yim) to the group as they battled The Judgment Day. However, The O.C. has faded away following AJ Styles suffering a broken ankle at a recent live event.
According to the Fightful Select reports, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson will be sticking around for a long time. The former champions have reportedly signed a contract to keep them with the WWE until 2027.
WWE Internal Reaction To Royal Rumble Premium Live Event
The Royal Rumble premium live event is in the rear view mirror and WWE should be proud to have produced a stellar show from top to bottom. Cody Rhodes and Rhea Ripley won the Men and Women’s Royal Rumble matches. The Bloodline segment was incredibly highlight of the show. We also saw some spectacular spots in Royal Rumble matches and records.
