On the recent edition of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE made some late changes to the original plans for the show.

Big E was badly injured on the March 12tg episode of Friday Night SmackDown when Ridge Holland attempted an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Later, Big E revealed that there has been no ligament or spinal cord damage, but the C1 and C6 vertebrae have been fractured.
According to Fightful Select reports, WWE’s originally planned Ridge Holland to cut a promo that would address former WWE champion Big E. But WWE didn’t went with that plan and instead put Holland in a match against Kofi Kingston.

Another change is that Shanky replaced Madcap Moss in six-man tag team match Drew McIntyre and the Viking Raiders against Happy Corbin, Jinder Mahal and Shanky.
