WWE Extreme Rules 2021 PPV is live from the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. WWE announced total six matches for the the event.

The main event of the show is Tribal Chief Roman Reigns set to defend his Universal Championship against The Demon Finn Balor in Extreme Rules match.  Becky Lynch to defend her SmackDown women’s championship against Bianca Belair and Charlotte Flair to defend her Raw Women’s championship against Alexa Bliss.
WWE also announced that Damian Priest will defend his United States Title against Sheamus and Jeff Hardy, The Usos will defend their SmackDown tag team titles against The Street Profits and Liv Morgan to battle Carmella in singles match.

– Liv Morgan defeated Carmella via pinfall in kick-off match.

– Sarah Schreiber at backstage with Paul Heyman and wonders if Reigns is now taking Balor more seriously after Friday’s SmackDown. Heyman says that was the stupidest question he’s ever been asked and sarcastically says that they have actually overlooked the demon! Roman has been champion for over a year and has just been eating burgers all weekend! Now seriously, he says Reigns will be your winner and head to Crown Jewel to face Brock Lesnar as the champion! “That’s not a prediction, that’s a spoiler”.
– The New Day defeated Bobby Lashley, AJ Styles and Omos via pinfall in six-man tag team match.
– The Usos defeated The Street Profits via pinfall and successfully retained their SmackDown Tag Team Titles
– The Almighty Bobby Lashley at backstage and he cuts promo on WWE champion Big E. He calls Big E “chicken s***” for how he cashed-in to win the WWE title from him. Lashley challenged him for a one-on-one match on tomorrow’s Raw and yells that “I want my title back!”.

– Charlotte Flair defeated Alexa Bliss via pinfall and successfully retained her Raw Women’s Championship. After the match, Charlotte grabs the doll and rips it into pieces. She calls it as “Stupid doll!” and picks up a piece of the doll and holds it up with her title. Bliss attacks Charlotte from behind and kicks her away. Bliss jumps down on Charlotte and keeps swinging away.

Now, Charlotte fights back and sends her over the announce table. Bliss rise up on the table and freak out over her destroyed doll. Bliss enters the ring to find her destroyed doll. She sits with and tries to put it together. The crowd chants “Thank You, Lilly” and Bliss screams. Alexa Bliss goes to the stage and sits again, screaming out and makes her way to the backstage.

– Paul Heyman at backstage talking to someone on the phone about the upcoming Draft being historic. Now, Kayla Braxton appears nearby trying to listen in. Paul Heyman says he’ll call them back and mocks Braxton a bit. He says “Do you think it’s Brock Lesnar?” and teases it may or may not be. The Usos are celebrating and walk by. Heyman says he has to head out.
– Damian Priest defeated Sheamus and Jeff Hardy via pinfall and successfully retained his United States championship.
– WWE champion Big E at backstage and says Lashley has lost his mind. He doesn’t hide behind anyone and says he accepts Lashley’s challenge for a title match on Monday Night Raw. Michael Cole later announced this match will be the opener for the show.

– Bianca Belair defeated Becky Lynch via disqualification after Sasha Banks interference but Becky Lynch is still SmackDown Women’s champion. After the match, Banks continued attacking Belair and kick to the face in the corner. Becky Lynch enters the ring to handshake Banks for the help. She goes for a handshake and but Banks drops her down. Now, Banks hits a big slap to the face and a backstabber to the Belair. Now, Banks drops Lynch with a knee to the face and another backstabber. Banks heads to the stage and looks at them and says she’ll see them on this Friday Night SmackDown.

– Roman Reigns defeated The Demon Finn Balor via pinfall and successfully retained his Universal Championship. At the closing moments, The Usos came out and attacked Finn Balor but Balor fights back and took them out.  Now, Reigns hits a spear to Balor through the barricade. Suddenly, we hear a hearbeat and red lights are flashing as Balor flops around. Balor finally gets up and screams as we hear a part of his music. 
The red lights stay and Balor hits Reigns with a steel chair. He hits a running dropkick to sends Reigns through that table on the floor. Balor’s music is just playing on and smoke coming up from around the ring. Balor climbs up to the top rope and the top rope just collapses out of nowhere?! The red lights goes off. Now, Balor holding his knee and trying to get up. But Reigns hits a spear and pinned him to retain his title.

After the match, Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman looks a bit confused with what happened with the ropes, but celebrates in the ring. Roman Reigns makes his way to the back saying he’s still the head of the table and Extreme Rules goes off air.
