WWE Summer Slam 2021 Full Results, Winners And Highlights

WWE Summer Slam 2021 PPV is live from Allegiant Stadium in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada. WWE announced total ten matches for the biggest event of summer.

The main event of the show is Tribal Chief Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against John Cena. Allmighty Bobby Lashley will defend his WWE Championship against WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg in Singles Match.

Raw Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H will defend her title against Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair in Triple Threat Match. Binaca Belair will defend her Smackdown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks. The Usos set to defend their Smackdown Tag Team Titles against The Mysterios.

WWE also announced Shemaus vs. Damian Priest for US Title, AJ Styles and Omos to defend their Raw Tag Team Titles against Randy Orton and Riddle, Edge vs. Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre vs. Jinder Mahal and Alexa Bliss vs. Eva Marie.

– Big E defeated Baron Corbin via Pinfall in kick-off show. After the match, Big E takes his Money In The Bank Briefcase and celebrated with it.

– Randy Orton and Riddle defeated AJ Styles and Omos via Pinfall and the new Raw Tag Team Champions. After the match, Randy Orton and Riddle celebrated in the ring with titles.

– Alexa Bliss defeated Eva Marie via Pinfall. After the match, Eva Marie at ringside begging help Doudrop to help her to get on her feet. Alexa Bliss left the ring with Lilly laughing at Eva Marie. Doudrop walks away from the Eva Marie and takes the mic and annouces that the loser of the match is Eva Marie. Eva shocked at Doudrop’s behavior. Then, Doudrop puts Eva’s jacket on and continues taunting Eva. Doudrop walks away with Eva’s robe on as Eva yells about how she made Doudrop.

– Celebrity Mario Lopez at backstage to interview new Raw Tag Team Champions Riddle and Randy Orton. Orton says he meant what he said when he said they are back. It will be smooth going from here because they will use the three most destructive letters in sports entertainment… R-K-… Bro? Orton walks off. Riddle says he has a surprise for Orton at RAW.

– Damian Priest defeated Sheamus via Pinfall and became the new WWE United States Championship. After the match, Damian Priest celebrates with the title and exits the ring.

– The Usos defeated Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio via Pinfall and successfully retained their Smackdown Tag Team Titles. After the match, The Usos stood tall with their titles while Dominik checking on his dad Rey Mysterio.

– Actress Tiffany Haddish at backstage with new WWE United States Champion Damian Priest. She introduced his as new National Champion. Priest talks about how Sheamus is a bully and it was great talking title away from bully. He further talks about being from New York City and how this title win proves this is the land of opportunity, no matter what the haters say.

– Rick Boogs came out with his guitar and says this musical interlude is so that the WWE Universe can party with the one true King of WWE. Boogs introduces WWE Intercontinental Champion King Shinsuke Nakamura and out he comes to a big pop. Boogs plays guitar as Nakamura does his entrance. McAfee dances on top of the announce table and they join him as the crowd goes wild.

– Smackdown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair makes her way to the ring. Greg Hamilton announces that Sasha Banks unable to compete tonight, so, Binaca Belair will defend her title against Carmella. Carmella makes her way to the ring and the champ looks annoyed.

Then, Binaca Belair takes the mic and says it may not be tonight but sooner than later it will be she and Sasha Banks in the ring, but until then, she’s just going to take her frustrations out on Carmella and beat her dusty little self. They starts arguing but suddenly music hits, here comes out The Man Becky Lynch with huge pop.

Becky Lynch entered the ring and looked at both the superstars. Then, she attacked Carmella and took her out. Becky challenged Binaca Belair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship and the champ accepted it.

– Rome introduces Olympic gold medal wrestlers Gable Steveson and Tamyra Mensah-Stock. They come down the entrance and walk to the ring for a Parade of Olympians as fans cheer them on.

– Drew McIntyre defeated Jinder Mahal via Pinfall. After the match, Veer and Shanky came out to check Jinder Mahal. Then, McIntyre takes his sword and sends them retreating to the floor. Drew McIntyre raises his sword high.

– Charlotte Flair defeated Nikki A.S.H and Rhea Ripley via submission and became the new Raw Women’s Champion. After the match, Charlotte Flair celebrated in the ring with title while Nikki clutches her knee while still down on the mat and Rhea Ripley watching from ringside.

– Edge defeated Seth Rollins via Pinfall. After the match, Edge stood tall while Rollins heads to the floor to recover. Edge raises his arms for victory as fans cheer him.

– Money In the Bank 2022 is announced for July 4th weekend at Allegiant Stadium. Mike Rome is in the ring now to announce SummerSlam attendance at 51,326 fans

– The Miz and John Morrison make their way to the ring. Miz is ready to bring out the Drip Stick 2000 to wet everyone up but they’re confused over who was supposed to bring it. Xavier Woods came out from the crowd and he’s wearing a water tank on his back, with the Pure Life logo on it. It’s attached to a large water gun. This is the Drip Stick 2000.

Woods says they forget the Drip Stick 2000 in their unattended truck and he took it. Morrison says they wants the gun so they can take care of everyone’s dryness but Woods says the only dry ones in the stadium are Miz and Morrison. Miz threatens Woods and says there’s only one of him, and two of them, so give the Drip Stick 2000 over.

Woods pays tribute to WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall and does a “Hey yo!” survey, asking fans if they want him to give the gun over, or wet them with it. Miz warns Woods not to use the Drip Stick 2000 on them, but he starts spraying them anyway. Miz and Morrison are soaked as they finally retreat.

– Bobby Lashley defeated Goldberg via referee stoppage. After the match, Bobby Lashley looked shocked and started attacking Goldberg’s hurt leg. MVP give steel chair to Lashley and he continued using chair on Goldberg. Suddenly, Goldberg’s son Gage jumps out of nowhere to attack Bobby Lashley but Lashley applied Hurt Lock on Gage.

MVP takes the mic and says there was no way Lashley could’ve know that was Goldberg’s son attacking him from behind, it could’ve been anyone. Lashley raises the WWE Title at ringside as MVP announces him as the champion. Goldberg checks on his son and yells out at Lashley, saying he’s going to kill the champ.

– Roman Reigns defeated John Cena via Pinfall and successfully retained his WWE Universal Championship. After the match, Roman Reigns celebrates in the ring but suddenly music hits, here comes The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. He entered the ring and went face-to-face with Roman Reigns and tried to go over Paul Heyman but Heyman pleading Lesnar. Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman left the ring and Brock Lesnar laughing at them. Roman Reigns looks at Brock Lesnar from the ramp while Brock Lesnar raising his arms and fans cheer for him.
