WWE Friday Night SmackDown is taking place at Boston and they will likely have a big show. We just don’t really know a lot about what to expect just yet.
The WWE crew’s trip to Saudi Arabia caused WWE to only announce one thing for this week’s show. It should be enough because John Cena is making his return.
Given Bray Wyatt’s loss to Goldberg at Super ShowDown, it’s likely that The Fiend will seek to put Cena on his wall of victims. They are currently slated for a match at WrestleMania 36.
A few WWE Superstars were left in the USA this time around as a back-up plan. Since Heavy Machinery, The Usos, Daniel Bryan, and a few others including a majority of the women’s roster didn’t go to Saudi Arabia they are likely competing.
The Miz and John Morrison became SmackDown Tag Team Champions at Super ShowDown. We’re likely to hear from them this week.
Goldberg will be on the show this week. He just won the Universal Title so it’s nice that he’s stopping by Boston on his way home.
Roman Reigns is slated to face Goldberg at WrestleMania. The Big Dog will likely need to win the Elimination Chamber match to secure that Mania spot.
The Elimination Chamber is coming up in less than two weeks. March 8th will be here before we know it. WWE needs to book some matches for the final stop on the road to WrestleMania.
