MVP has finished up with WWE
It appears that former WWE United States Champion MVP has finished up with WWE.
MVP made a surprise appearance in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match and then lost to Rey Mysterio in a singles match on Monday’s episode of Raw.
Dave Meltzer reported earlier this week that that MVP is going to work for a couple of nights but not for the long term.
In fact, MVP indicated on his social media accounts that he wanted to come back to wrestle in front of his son.
Fast forward, MVP took to Instagram on Wednesday night where he said his final WWE match took place on Raw.
“One for the history books. My FINAL WWE match took place on Monday Night RAW against my close friend and legend @619iamlucha A great way to close out that chapter. The end of my career looms larger every month. It’s been one HELL of a ride! I’m not finished just yet. But soon. Very soon. Thank you @wwe and the #wweuniverse for all the love!!! What an amazing week I’ve had,” MVP wrote.
