Drew Gulak was last seen on WWE TV on the May 27th edition of the Friday Night Smackdown, where the Intercontinental Champion Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser defeated Gulak and Ricochet in a tag team match. Following that appearance, he sporadically competed on house shows and was nowhere to be seen on SmackDown.
According to the Fightful Select reports, WWE Superstar Drew Gulak was planned as the original squash opponent for The Viking Raiders for last week’s SmackDown. However, this plan was cancelled due to some reasons. Instead, the duo of Erik and Ivar went on to defeat the team of Jim Mulkey and Tommy Gibson.
