CM Punk made a sensational return to pro wrestling at AEW Rampage: First Dance event. CM Punk looked emotional during his entrance and while delivering the promo at the United Center in front of his hometown crowd in Chicago.
During his promo, CM Punk also took a dig at WWE, where he has touched the heights of success and has also seen the lowest points of his life. Punk stated that he would have never returned to the place that made him sick and quit the business.
CM Punk also called out Darby Allin, who watching the Punk promo alongside with Sting from rafters and also warned that he wrestling him would be the most dangerous thing Darby Allin ever done. The former TNT champion Darby Allin yet to accept the challenge.
Later, AEW announced that CM Punk will make his first AEW Dynamite appearance on next week’s episode in Milwaukee.
