Tonight’s WWE SmackDown is live from WWE ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg Florida. It’s Elimination Chamber go-home edition of SmackDown and WWE announced the six-man tag team match between team of Cesaro, Daniel Bryan & Kevin Owens against Jey Uso, King Corbin and Sami Zyan.

– Tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown is opened with 2021 Royal Rumble Winner Edge and he walks towards ring. He talks about Drew McIntyre defending his WWE Title inside Elimination Chamber and Roman Reigns defending his Universal Title at Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. It’s a biggest decision in his career as he had 13 potential opponents and he had to pick one from that. 

The music hits and Universal Champion Roman Reigns came out along with Paul Heyman and Jey Uso. Reigns says Edge doesn’t have 13 to choose but he have the only one, who is six-time WrestleMania main-eventer. Edge can pick the main eventer or he can pick The main event. 

Edge talks about Roman Reigns losing his cool last week and he realised that he wants to wrestle Edge at WrestleMania 37 main event. If Edge choose AJ Styles or others that would be the main event, I see Roman Reigns insecurity.

Edge had some praise for Reigns but he is cracking under pressure and Edge isn’t focused on him yet. Then, Sami Zyan interrupts them with his documentary crew and rants about company disrespecting him. And the big thing is disrespecting by the two biggest stars. Sami says Edge is acting like he can’t make to WrestleMania and Roman is only worried about Edge. 

Sami asks their camera man to point at WrestleMania sign and says there’s is no doubt he’s going to WrestleMania but Jey Uso superkicks him. Then, Reigns says something in the Edge’s ear and make his exit from the ring.

– Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Apollo Crews via Pinfall. After the match, Crews attacked Nakamura and Big E yells at Crews. Then, Crews attacked Intercontinental Champion Big E using steel steps and medical team came out to check on Big E and took him on stretcher.

– Seth Rollins makes his way out and checks the Big E on stretcher. Cole says Rollins worte a letter to WWE Management earlier. Seth says it was tragedy what happened to Big E, being betrayed by friends is a tragedy. Seth says last week every single one of his so-called friends betrayed him.

It was unacceptable at the work place and he drafted up a complaint by his lawyers and sent the letter to WWE officials but it was pending, he will sure win. Seth says months of his planned return was ruined by some bunch of losers and cowards. The biggest loser is Cesaro, who took his homecoming and turned it into all about him. Then, want happened to him and also stated that who wants to follow Cesaro’s footsteps will get to happen the sams thing.

– Kevin Owens at backstage and Edge walks upto him. Edge gave props to Owens for how he keeps getting back. Owens says he’s coming closer to get that title and I will get Universal title at Elimination Chamber. They agree that it would be good to face eachother at WrestleMania. Edge wishes him good luck.

– Tamina Snuka and Natalya defeated The Riott Squad via Pinfall. After the match, Billie Kay tries to celebrate with Snuka and Natalya but they dropped her in the middle of the ring.

– Edge at backstage and King Corbin walks upto him. He says that he’s feeling like WrestleMania main event but Edge isn’t interested. Corbin talks about how expensive his suit and watch, and says next if he sees someone with his watch and suit, he should bow down. Edge just brags his Smartphone and won’t take Corbin seriously.

– Bayley welcomes everyone for second episode of her talk show “Ding Dong, Hello!”. Then, she introduced her guest WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. The champs started to take shots at Bianca Belair and SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks and Bayley laughs to that. 

Then, Reginald interrupts them and says Banks is like bottle of fine wine but they’re like boxed wine. Then, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler talks trash with Reginald and Sasha Banks came out. Banks went to face of Reginald and says he never speak for her. Then, says she is The Boss her to Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, the title means she makes the rules.

She says women’s division revolves around her and Jax laughs. Then, music interrupts and Bianca Belair came out. Belair says to Banks that she’s the star of the division and people won’t revolve around her. But Reginald interrupts her and says they all are same team and should be going against Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Bayley. And he proposes a match between them.

– Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair and Reginald defeated Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Bayley via Pinfall. 

– Kayla at backstage with Cesaro and asks about Seth Rollins comments earlier. Then, Cesaro says he’s not patronizing him last week, he’s respecting him just like everyone else who thought old Rollins is back. He talks about Seth Rollins skills and accomplishments, and everyone knew he had chance of make an impact but instead he came out with same sumg. 

Cesaro says he’s forgot about what Rollins did but he’s focusing on winning the Elimination Chamber and then going to win Universal Title from Roman Reigns. Then, Edge walks up and says he admires his grit that some many people don’t have. Cesaro thanked him and says after he wins Universal Title, he will see Edge at WrestleMania. 

– Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio defeated Otis and Chad Gable via disqualification. After the match, Otis continued to attack Rey Mysterio and hits big splash on Rey. 

– Daniel Bryan at backstage and Edge walks up. Edge says Bryan getting his career back also inspired him and he’s thankful. Bryan is glad Edge is back. Bryan proposes to pick him at WrestleMania 37 of he wins Universal Title at Elimination Chamber. 

– Kevin Owens interrupts Cesaro and Daniel Bryan and asks about the startegy. Then, Bryan says they’re discussing about what to do if they hit with stunners. They mentions the past how Kevin Owens turned on their partners. Owens says last week he interrupted big match and striked first when he saw both coming for him. But tonight don’t think about stunners as they’re same team. They have to win tonight but at Elimination Chamber they have to think about several stunners.

– Carmella and Reginald segment aired and she asks him about teaming up with Sasha Banks. He tries to explain but she stops him and believes he will right things. Then, he gave a wine to Carmella but she didn’t like it and asks for another one.

– Daniel Bryan, Cesaro and Kevin Owens defeated Jey Uso, King Corbin and Sami Zyan via Submission. After the match, King Corbin hits end of days to Daniel Bryan, then, Owens hits Stunner to King Corbin. Sami Zyan runs up and hits big exploder to Owens then Cesaro hits big uppercut to Sami. And Jey Uso came in and hits big superkick to Cesaro. Then, Edge came in and hits spear to Jey Uso. Finally, Roman Reigns hits spear to Edge and raises his title high and SmackDown goes off air.
