The current NXT Champion Finn Balor recently appeared on After the Bell podcast and spoke about numerous topics. During the show, Vic Joseph asked Balor about which RAW or SmackDown superstar he would like to face in NXT.
Then, Finn Balor named the former WWE Champion Randy Orton. He said that we all can learn a lot from Orton’s experience and it’s also helpful to take black and gold brand to next level.
Here what Finn Balor said about Randy Orton:
“I think we could all learn so much from Randy Orton. I know that’s a little bit of a different kind of idea, you know a lot of people would want me to say Kevin Owens, a lot of people would want me to say Ricochet but I feel like Randy could really bring NXT to the next level, you know, with regards the effect he would have on the people in the locker room, in the ring, his professionalism, his experience.”
The first-ever Universal Champion Finn Balor also said that he would like to face Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe in future on NXT.
“If I could get a run with Kevin Owens, if I could get a run with Samoa Joe, oh my god, that would be incredible.”
Currently, Kevin Owens is on SmackDown brand and Samoa Joe is part of RAW commentary panel. Right now, Finn Balor is unstoppable in NXT and put a great performance at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day against Pete Dunne. Adam Cole’s is currently on the line for Finn Balor’s NXT Title.
